Steve is a professional sailor and coach at Olympic and World Championship levels. Currently working as High Performance coach for the Canadian Sailing Team, he competed at the 2004 Olympics in the Star class for Great Britain, and coached at the 2008 Olympics for Russia. He has sailed professionally for many years in a wide variety of boats, both inshore and offshore, winning 2 World and 3 European Championships along the way. His coaching ranges from one on one to a full team, covering all aspects of sporting success including technique, lifestyle, fitness, logistics and technical. Having worked with a number of large corporates, such as Skandia, BT, Cisco, Volvo and Renault, he also spends a lot of time team building and corporate speaking about his experiences at the highest levels of sport. He also has extensive media experience including time as a live Studio Analyst and expert for Sky Sports 2007 America's Cup broadcasts.
